Nourishment menu

I hear it a lot, ladies turning to food for comfort, when they are stressed. More often than not, this is just a habit that needs to be broken. But to change this behaviour cycle, you need to replace it with another action that makes you feel good. Here is an idea of a nourishment menu. I would encourage you to create your own. Things that you can turn to in times of stress, instead of food. For me, heading outside for a walk around the lawn, taking big deep breaths of fresh air, while throwing a ball for my puppy works wonders. It clears my head, and also takes my mind away from going to the pantry (when I’m not even hungry). Give it a try! Sarah X
