Mango sorbet

Refreshingly cool, naturally sweet and creamy. This easy sorbet is super quick and will be a hit with all ages this summer!

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas sliced

  • 3 fresh mangos cut into cubes or 2 cups of frozen mangos

  • 1/4 C coconut milk

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 small lime or 2 Tbsp lime juice

Directions

Put sliced bananas and fresh mango cubes in the freezer for at least one hour.

In a food processor blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. This will take a few minutes and you’ll need to stop and scrape down the sides several times.

Serve and eat straight away.
