Pimp my toast

Ingredients

  • Toast—choose a good quality, wholemeal, grainy bread with seeds or gluten free bread of your choice

  • Savoury toast:

  • Smashed avocado, tomato slices, crumbled up feta, salt & pepper

  • Sweet/Savoury toast:

  • Pic’s peanut butter, desiccated coconut, blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon (You could add slices of banana to this one too (I had run out when I made this!) that would be delicious

     

Directions

Don’t settle for boring spreads! Cook your toast then load them up with these delicious toppings. Are you a savoury or a sweet fan?
