Seed Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1/3 C Almond meal

  • 1/3 C Sunflower seeds

  • 1/3 C Pumpkin seeds

  • 1/3 C Chia seeds

  • 1/3 C Sesame seeds

  • 1 Tbsp psyllium husk powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 4 Tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1 C boiling water

Directions

Pre heat oven to 150 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add boiling water and oil. Mix together with a fork. Line a tray with baking paper. Spread out thinly. Bake on low rack for approx 40 mins. Turn oven off and leave in for another 15 to crisp up the crackers. Chop up & eat!
