How to achieve a nutrition goal - break it down

Hi ladies,

You’ve seen in our Strong Woman website, reference to SMART goals. Specific, measureable, attainable, realistic and timely.

Yes, this is all good. But then what happens? How to you break down your big goals, into smaller, achievable steps? Sometimes it’s hard to work out what to do next.

I thought this diagram was quite good, to give you an example of how to achieve your goals. It simplifies it, especially when it comes to changing our behaviours around nutrition. Obviously this is a weight loss goal, and in pounds because it’s American. But you get the idea, and it doesn’t have to be around weight loss.
