Banana, Coconut & Cacao smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana

  • 2 ice cubes

  • 1/2 C coconut yoghurt (I used Raglan Coconut Yoghurt, vanilla bean flavour)

  • 1/4 C almond milk

  • 1 pitted medjool date

  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder

  • Toppings—You can put on whatever nuts/seeds etc you have, but I used chia seeds, coconut, pumpkin seeds, a few chopped up dried apricots and a few banana chips to add some crunch

Directions

Place all the ingredients (not the toppings) into a high powered blender and blitz. Spoon out into a bowl and add your toppings.

A perfect breakfast on a hot Summer morning!
