Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 C Pistachio nuts, chopped

  • 1/2 C Cranberries, chopped

    (You could use other ingredients too eg, coconut , roasted almonds or freeze dried raspberries would also work well. To make different flavoured bark).


Directions

Line a tray with baking paper. Gently melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a large bowl over a pot of boiling water. Pour chocolate mix onto the tray and spread evenly with spatula. Sprinkle with fruit and nuts and leave to set in the fridge. Once hard, break up into pieces of your desired size.
