Chocolate peanut butter granola

Ingredients

  • 3 C Oats

  • 3 Tbsp honey

  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 4 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 C sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 C roasted almonds, roughly chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a small bowl microwave together the honey, cacao, coconut oil and peanut butter until the mixture is all melted together. Stir well so there’s no lumps. Line a roasting tray with baking paper, place oats and sunflower seeds onto the tray. Pour over the chocolate mixture and with clean hands work it all in to cover the oats and seeds. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring half way through (keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn). Add almonds and cook for a further 5 mins. Once it’s completely cooled, tip into an airtight container to store. Serve with yoghurt & fruit for breakfast. Delicious!
