Fudgy raspberry brownies

These brownie bars are a great source of plant based protein and healthy fats. They’re also bloody delicious and make for a great treat for your next special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 C almond meal

  • 1 can drained and rinsed black beans

  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/4 C LSA

  • 1/3 C any nut butter

  • 1/4 C coconut oil melted3 Tbsp honey melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 8-10 frozen raspberries or boysenberries

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Spread evenly in a lined baking tray. Place frozen berries evenly on top and press into mixture slightly.

Bake at 180C for 25-30mins, or until a knife comes out clean or with crumbs. Leave to cool before cutting into bars.

Store in the fridge or freezer.
