Giant peanut butter cups

Ingredients

  • Plain rice cakes

  • Smooth peanut butter (I used Pics)

  • Dark chocolate (I used 72% dark ghana Whittakers) approx. 70g made three.

  • Sea salt flakes



Directions

Spread the peanut butter generously onto your rice cakes. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe jug, and then tip onto a plate. Spread it around so you can hold a rice cake and place it peanut butter side down onto the chocolate. Use a knife aswell to spread the chocolate around on top of the peanut butter if you need to. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes, then pop into the fridge to set. YUM!
