Mean green smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 kiwifruit

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1/4 C black chia seeds

  • 2 dates

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 C almond milk (wee bit more if you think it needs it) or any milk of your choice

  • Toppings—Few bits of your chopped up kiwifruit, berries (I had blueberries in the fridge but strawberries would be nice on it too), coconut flakes, chia seeds.

Directions

Blend all the ingredients. Tip into a bowl and then decorate with the toppings. Makes 1 good sized bowl, there was a bit left over which I gave to the hubby! Enjoy.
