Mixed berry smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Boysenberry flavour Raglan coconut yoghurt (or any berry flavoured yoghurt)

  • 1 frozen banana (I put half of it in the blender and sliced the rest on top)

  • 1/2 C frozen mixed berries (with a few more to sprinkle on top)

  • Dash of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • Approx 12 roughly chopped roasted almonds


Directions

Blitz all the ingredients (except almonds) in a blender until smooth, pour into a bowl and decorate with the remaining banana, berries and chopped up almonds (or whatever nuts/seeds you have eg pumpkin, sesame seeds, chia). Serves 1. Enjoy!
