Savoury nuts & seeds salad sprinkle

Ingredients

  • 2/3 C pumpkin seeds

  • 1/3 C sesame seeds

  • 2/3 C almonds, chopped

  • 1/2 C walnuts, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped rosemary (or whatever mixed dried herbs you have)

  • 1 Tbsp tamari sauce (dark soy sauce)

Directions

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place nuts and seeds on the tray. Sprinkle salt, rosemary and tamari sauce and mix together. Place tray into the oven, they’ll need baking for around 20 minutes but in 5 minute lots (take out and stir around every 5 minutes or they’ll burn). Keep them in a container and sprinkle on your salad to add extra protein and a bit of crunch!
