Peanut slab slice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C peanut butter

  • 1/2 C coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 C raw cacao powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup (or if you don’t have this, honey would be fine)

  • 2/3 C roasted unsalted peanuts

Directions

In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients, line a small baking tray with baking paper and pour it in (my tin was only around 15cm wide, so the slice was about 1cm thick). Freeze for atleast an hour before slicing. Keep it in the freezer so it doesn’t melt. Makes about 12 bite sized delicious pieces!
