Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1⁄2 C oats
1⁄2 C milk (I used almond but you could use any kind)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/3 C yoghurt (I used a low sugar, high protein one)
Handful of frozen berries (I used strawberries but you could add whatever you wanted)
Directions
Put into a jar or a bowl and mix everything together, put into the fridge overnight. Before serving I added banana, you could add some chopped-up apple or a few almonds, the possibilities are endless!
