Scrambled eggs with chives

Ingredients

  • 6 free range eggs

  • 1/3 C full cream (you can just use milk if you don’t have cream, they just won’t taste as creamy but will still be yum)

  • 2 Tbsp chopped up fresh chives

  • Salt & pepper

  • Knob of butter for the pan

Directions

Whisk the eggs and cream together in a bowl, add salt and pepper and chives and stir through. Heat up a pan and add the butter, tip in the eggs and keep folding over and pushing it around until all the egg is cooked. Put eggs onto a plate and sprinkle a few more chives on top. Serves 2. Enjoy.
