Avocado ripening tip and nutrition info

Hi ladies,

Avocados are in season, YUM! A super food, high in healthy fats and loaded with nutrients like vitamin K, folate and vitamin C among others. They contain no sodium and are low in saturated fat, perfect for a healthy diet and improving heart health. They’re also loaded with fibre, which makes them great for gut health.

Top tip - to ripen your hard avocados, place them in a brown paper bag with a banana for a day or two. They will ripen more quickly. Enjoy!
