Char grilled broccolini with parmesan

Ingredients

  • One bunch of broccolini

  • Good dash of olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 50g shaved parmesan

  • Salt & pepper to season


Directions

Heat a frying pan to medium heat. Drizzle the olive oil over the broccolini. Cook the broccolini for 4-5 minutes each side until a knife will insert easily and it starts to look char grilled. Place onto a serving dish, squeeze over the juice of half a lemon and a good crack of salt & pepper. Sprinkle with shaved parmesan before serving.
