Homemade fruit & nut chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Coconut oil

  • 1/2 C raw cacao powder

  • 1/4 C honey

  • 1/4 C peanut butter (I used Pic’s)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 C chopped sultanas

  • 1/4 C chopped roasted almonds

Directions

In a pot melt coconut oil, cacao, honey and peanut butter together, making sure it’s completely melted with no lumps, stir constantly so it doesn’t burn. Take off the heat and add in salt, sultanas and almonds. Line a 20cm tray with baking paper and tip mixture in evenly. Freeze for approx 30 mins or until frozen, chop up. Keep in the freezer.
