Mixed berry smoothie with tumeric & ginger

Ingredients

  • 200ml milk of your choice

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 C Orchard Gold Mixed Berries with      Tumeric, Ginger & Pepper

  • 1/4 C yoghurt of your choice (I used Anchor High Protein yoghurt)

  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats

  • Optional—scoop of vanilla protein powder

     

Directions

Add all of your ingredients to a blender and whizz. Makes one smoothie, double it if you want to make enough for two. This berry mix has a zingy peppery tang to it, nice for a change from the standard mix berries. I found them in Countdown. An easy, filling breakfast for on the run!
